Which data we process

Site survey request

On the free survey form we ask for your name, phone number, province or district, and where the system will be installed: a home, a factory, a field or a commercial building. The note is optional.

If you attach a photo or PDF of your electricity bill, we use it for a preliminary review before the survey. Only staff can download that file.

If you send the survey form from the calculator, the note receives the system type, the place name, the area, the panel count and the installed power. The roof corner coordinates are not copied into the note.

Contact message

On the contact form we ask for your name, email address, subject and message. We reply to that email address.

Running the site

When you open a page we set a session cookie and an XSRF-TOKEN cookie so forms cannot be submitted from another site. The session record stores your IP address and browser details, and it expires after about two hours.

If more than five forms are sent from the same connection within an hour, the IP address is kept in a limit record for one hour. It is not written on the survey or message row.

Measurement and advertising

Google Analytics and Google Ads cookies load only if you choose Accept. If you choose Reject, those cookies are never set. Your choice is kept in the browser's local storage, not in a cookie.

You can change this choice from the Cookie preferences link at the bottom of the page.

Fonts

Page fonts are loaded from Google Fonts. Your browser may send your IP address to Google with that request. We do not ask for a separate consent for this.

Calculator

Address search and your position are sent from your browser to the OpenStreetMap Nominatim service. Satellite imagery comes from Esri servers. We do not store that information on our server unless you submit the survey form.

Why we process it

• To call you for a free survey and, if you attached a bill, a preliminary review.
• To reply by email to the question you sent.
• To keep the session working and to stop the forms being abused.
• If you consent, to measure how the site is used and to measure advertising.

Legal basis

The survey request and the contact message are processed because you asked us to take steps toward a contract (Turkish Law No. 6698, art. 5/2-c).

The session, the security cookie and the rate limit rely on the controller's legitimate interest in running the site safely (art. 5/2-f).

Analytics and advertising cookies rely on your explicit consent (art. 5/1). You can withdraw that consent at any time from Cookie preferences.

Who receives it

Survey and message records stay in our own database and are emailed to info@adensolar.com.tr. Staff read them in the admin panel.

The name, phone number, email and message you submit are not sold and are not placed on a marketing list.

The site's hosting and email infrastructure carries these messages on our behalf.

If you consent, measurement data goes to Google Analytics and Google Ads. A font request may go to Google Fonts. In the calculator, the address or position goes from your browser to Nominatim, and the map image comes from Esri. These services run outside Turkey.

If you open the WhatsApp link, the conversation continues on WhatsApp. The site does not receive that conversation.

How long we keep it

A survey request and a message stay until the correspondence ends, and longer if the law sets a retention period. When the purpose is gone, the record is deleted or anonymised. The system does not set a fixed number of years.

The electricity bill file is deleted together with the request.

The session expires after about two hours, and the rate-limit record after one hour. The cookie choice stays until you change it or clear the browser data.

Your rights

Article 11 of Law No. 6698 gives you the following rights.

• Learn whether your personal data is being processed.
• Request information if it is.
• Learn the purpose of processing and whether the data is used for that purpose.
• Know the third parties it is transferred to, in Turkey or abroad.
• Request correction if it is incomplete or wrong.
• Request deletion or destruction under the conditions in the law.
• Request that corrections and deletions be told to the third parties who received the data.
• Object to a result against you that comes only from automated analysis.
• Claim compensation if unlawful processing causes you harm.

This site does not produce an automated decision that binds you. The figures in the calculator are an estimate made in your browser.

Write to info@adensolar.com.tr or to the postal address above. Give your name, your request, and how we should reply. We answer within thirty days.

If you find the answer insufficient, you can complain to the Turkish Personal Data Protection Board.
