The Lexron 200Ah 25.6V Lithium Battery is a lithium battery with 200 Ah capacity at a nominal 25.6 V (24 V system), storing about 5 kWh and weighing 42 kg. It is designed for 24 V off-grid and backup systems that want to use daytime solar energy at night and during outages. Lexron is the brand of ACS Enerji, based in İzmir, Türkiye.
Key features
- The manufacturer states 6000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge and a design life of up to 20 years for the Lexron lithium series.
- Can be discharged deeper than a gel battery, so more of the rated capacity is usable.
- Maintenance-free: no water top-ups, no level checks.
- TÜV, CE and IEC certified.
Technical summary
- Capacity: 200 Ah
- Nominal voltage: 25.6 V (24 V system)
- Energy: about 5 kWh
- Dimensions: 522 x 240 x 218 mm
- Weight: 42 kg
Where it is used
- Cabins, mountain homes and small off-grid houses
- Backup systems with a 24 V inverter
- Lighting, cameras and small pumps on farms
- Mobile setups such as caravans and boats
Which systems is it compatible with?
It works with MPPT or PWM charge controllers and inverters that have a 24 V battery input; set the charger to its lithium profile. It can replace an existing 24 V gel bank, but must not be mixed with gel batteries in the same bank.

Frequently asked questions
How many kWh is the Lexron 200Ah 25.6V battery?
Nominal energy is 200 Ah × 25.6 V, about 5 kWh. The manufacturer’s cycle rating is given at 80% depth of discharge, so about 4.0 kWh can comfortably be used each day.
How long does a lithium battery last?
The manufacturer states 6000 cycles at 80% depth of discharge for this series. At one full cycle a day that is roughly 16 years of use; correct charge settings and a cool location help preserve it.
Lithium battery or gel battery?
A lithium battery costs more but can be discharged deeper, weighs less and lasts far more cycles than a gel battery. In systems used every day its total cost is usually lower.
How many batteries does a 24 V system need?
It depends on your night-time consumption and inverter power; capacity is increased by connecting identical batteries in parallel. Aden Solar calculates the count and wiring in writing during a free site survey.
